Riddim n' Spice & The Rum Room

Fresh out of Vanderbilt University, I secured a position as the Content Creator and Digital Marketing Intern at Riddim n' Spice—a fast, family-dining restaurant serving Caribbean cuisine to the Nashville Metropolitan area. More than just a dining experience, this restaurant doubles as a speakeasy in the evening, as it has a hidden bar called The Rum Room.

During the summer internship, I was tasked with capturing food preparation, events, private parties, and more. I logged over 200 hours of footage and edited daily content to increase overall brand engagement.
